1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

MyReceiptMaker is intended for legitimate uses such as personal and business record-keeping, replacing lost receipts, and creating mockups for presentations or design.

3. Prohibited Uses (Fraud and Unlawful Activity)

You must not use the Service to:

• create receipts for fraudulent refunds or chargebacks;
• submit false receipts for tax evasion, reimbursement, or expense claims;
• misrepresent financial transactions, impersonate a business, or falsify a transaction history;
• engage in any other unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms. Where appropriate, we may preserve and disclose information to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights and safety, and/or report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

4. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• If you believe your account is compromised, contact support@myreceiptmaker.com

5. User Content (Receipts and Uploads)

You are responsible for the content you create or upload (including logos and brand elements) and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content only as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (including the website, software, UI, and branding) is owned by MyReceiptMaker or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as allowed by law.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments (Stripe)

Paid features may require a subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method according to your plan.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate disclosed at purchase (or as updated with notice where required).

Cancellation

To cancel, follow the instructions available in your account settings (if provided) or email support@myreceiptmaker.com

Cancellation stops future renewals. You may retain access until the end of the current paid period.

8. Refunds

Unless required by law, all sales are final and refunds are not provided. If you have a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features, contact support@myreceiptmaker.com and we'll try to resolve it.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that generated receipts will be accepted by any business, institution, or third party.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYRECEIPTMAKER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum required by law).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyReceiptMaker from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@myreceiptmaker.com

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
